  • Preparing for Baby: The Ultimate Birth and Postpartum Prep Course (4 week series)

    This workshop series is 4 weeks long and run by our Doula & childbirth Educator, Christine Poulin, Lactation Consultant, Michelle Buckley and Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Natalia Rey-Caughlin. Each week we will cover a different aspect of preparing for birth & parenthood.

  • Awakened Birth: Mind-body birth prep series

  • Prenatal Fitness with Lucy (6 week series)

    Come join other mommas to be as you navigate the changes in your body, learn how to move to stay strong throughout your pregnancy and gain the strength needed to bring a new baby into this world.

    This class is a strength based class working through circuits of exercises designed to bring awareness to the changing needs of your body.

  • Prenatal Yoga For Birth (7 Week Series)

    Join Laura as you nurture your pregnant body, connect to your intuition, and grow your perinatal support community. In these gentle classes, we will build strength, mobility, and mindfulness while tuning into our core breath. During our sessions we will also discuss labour positioning and breathing exercises.

  • Baby & Me Fitness

    Next series starts Tuesday, April 28th at 12pm

    $150 + HST

    Come join other mamas in a class run by Lucy, as you explore movements specifically for the postpartum body. Become more aware of how movements can help reduce pain, aide in postpartum recovery and become a stronger mama for your family.

    Not only will you gain the tools you need to exercise safely for your body but you will meet other mamas in the same situation, laugh, talk, cry, whatever happens! We are all in this together.

  • Baby & Me Yoga (7 Week Series)

    Wednesday May 13th at
    10:30am and 1:30pm

    Nurture yourself with some gentle movement while enjoying the company of other parents in your community! In these classes we will focus on mobility, mindfulness, and (re)building strength for parenthood. This Parent & Baby Yoga class is ideal for pre-crawling babies. If you are less than six-weeks postpartum, please contact Laura before booking.

  • Baby & Me Barre- FREE CLASS

    April 9th at 10:30am

    Join Kara for a free one time class in order to get a feel for what you can expect in the series.

    This 8 week series is led by licensed osteopath, Kara Egelton and uses barre-inspired, therapeutic movement to support postpartum recovery in a safe and welcoming environment.

    Sessions focus on breath work, posture, core and pelvic support, and functional strength, all guided through an osteopathic lens. Movements are adaptable and meet participants where they are in their recovery. Each class is guided by Kara and incorporates principles of osteopathic care and rehabilitative movement.

    Join Faith for this 6 week series of gentle yet powerful movements designed to strengthen your body from the inside out. By focusing on mindful movement, breath, and alignment, these classes will help build core strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and restore balance throughout the body.

    Please note this is not a pre- or post-natal pilates class. For a class that focuses specifically on pelvic floor health and postpartum core restoration, please see Shannon Carr's Early and Late Postpartum Core & Floor Rehab classes.

    Join Emma for a fun and playful Kids Yoga Class - an introduction to mindfulness and movement. This kids yoga class will be a combination of imagination, music, and gentle yoga poses, to help build focus and confidence in a fun and positive environment.

    This essential, hands-on class is designed to give parents and caregivers the confidence to respond in an emergency. You’ll learn how to recognize when an infant needs help, what to do if a baby is choking, and how to perform infant CPR safely and effectively.

    Led by Sarah O’Brien, Canadian Red Cross Training Partner, the class focuses on practical skills, clear guidance, and real-life scenarios, with time for questions and discussion. Whether you’re a new parent, expecting, or caring for an infant, this class offers peace of mind and practical tools you can carry with you.

    This class is educational and preventative in nature and is not a substitute for medical care.

  • Virtual- Intro to solids: A guide to baby's first foods, nutrition, gut health & more!

    Join Dr. Natalia, a Naturopathic Doctor, for an informative and practical workshop on introducing solids to your little one. We will cover how to safely and effectively introduce foods that support your child’s nutrition, promote a healthy relationship with food, and prevent picky eating. Dr. Natalia will also guide you through recognizing the signs that your baby is ready for solids, strategies for allergen introduction, and tips to ensure a positive and stress-free feeding experience.

    Join Speech Language Pathologist Emily Merritt for this group interactive therapy series for infants, toddlers and parents to teach early language strategies and engagement with your infant and/or toddler through music.

  • Kids Health Series - Nutrition 101 + Supporting Immune System & Gut Health

The series will wrap up with a special photo session!

    This group is perfect for moms who are looking to connect with others, care for their own well-being, and gain practical, helpful information in a relaxed and supportive environment. Coffee and/or tea will be provided.

  • Infant Feeding Cafe

    Are you currently feeding or preparing to feed a little one? Or maybe you are supporting a family member on their feeding journey? A the very least, you are interested in learning more about breastfeeding and connecting with other feeders in our wonderful community.

    At each Cafe, group-selected topic(s) will be discussed during the first thirty minutes, followed by an opportunity to ask questions, mingle and of course, FEED!

    Join us once a month on a Friday

  • Virtual Preparing Together: Supporting Mental Health and Each other in the Postpartum Period

    Class will be will be run by Michelle Green Registered Psychotherapist and Perinatal Mental Health Clinician in partnership with John Shearer RSW, MSW the Owner of KickStart Men's Therapy clinic for his unique perspective of the male experience of Postpartum.

    Understand the emotional and psychological changes that occur in postpartum for parents

    Recognize common mental health challenges after birth

    Learn ways to communicate and support one another through transition

    This 4-week virtual fertility foundations course is designed to support individuals and couples as they prepare for pregnancy. This course is both for those who are in the planning stages of wanting to start trying to conceive as well as in the midst of trying and/or utilizing the support of Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART - IVF, IUI, etc.). Led by Courtney, Naturopathic Doctor, and Kerri, Social Worker, this program blends evidence-based fertility education with emotional and nervous system support.

    This 6-week circle is a supportive, educational, and empowering space for women navigating hormonal shifts, changing bodies, evolving identities, and new seasons of life.

    Each week blends evidence-informed education, reflective discussion, and embodied practices. You will receive:
