This essential, hands-on class is designed to give parents and caregivers the confidence to respond in an emergency. You’ll learn how to recognize when an infant needs help, what to do if a baby is choking, and how to perform infant CPR safely and effectively.

Led by Sarah O’Brien, Canadian Red Cross Training Partner, the class focuses on practical skills, clear guidance, and real-life scenarios, with time for questions and discussion. Whether you’re a new parent, expecting, or caring for an infant, this class offers peace of mind and practical tools you can carry with you.

This class is educational and preventative in nature and is not a substitute for medical care.

We will cover how to safely and effectively introduce foods that support your child’s nutrition, promote a healthy relationship with food, and prevent picky eating. Join Dr. Courtney as she teaches you all about optimizing your child’s nutrition. This hour long workshop will cover the basics of child nutrient needs and ways to eat in order to ensure your children feel healthy and energized, develop optimally and prevent illness and disease. She will go over meal prepping, navigating picky eaters, and how to look at supplements.
