$200 (per couple)This 4-week virtual fertility foundations course is designed to support individuals and couples as they prepare for pregnancy. This course is both for those who are in the planning stages of wanting to start trying to conceive as well as in the midst of trying and/or utilizing the support of Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART - IVF, IUI, etc.). Led by Courtney, Naturopathic Doctor, and Kerri, Social Worker, this program blends evidence-based fertility education with emotional and nervous system support.

Join for an empowering, deeply educational workshop led by Dr. Natalia Rey-Caughlin, ND, designed to help you truly understand your hormones, your cycle, and your body. This experience goes far beyond basic period education, exploring cycle phases, fertility awareness, cervical fluid, mood and energy rhythms, hormone disruptors, birth control, nutrition, movement, and what “healthy and normal” actually looks like. You’ll leave with practical tools for tracking your cycle, optimizing your health, and reconnecting with your body’s natural rhythms—so you can move from confusion and frustration to clarity, confidence, and embodied self-trust. -

This 6-week circle is a supportive, educational, and empowering space for women navigating hormonal shifts, changing bodies, evolving identities, and new seasons of life.
Each week blends evidence-informed education, reflective discussion, and embodied practices. You will receive:- Clear guidance on what’s happening hormonally in perimenopause and menopause
- Education on symptoms such as sleep disruption, mood changes, anxiety, hot flashes, weight shifts, brain fog, and libido changes
- Nervous system regulation tools and stress support practices
