    Come join other mamas in a class run by Lucy, as you explore movements specifically for the postpartum body. Become more aware of how movements can help reduce pain, aide in postpartum recovery and become a stronger mama for your family.

    Not only will you gain the tools you need to exercise safely for your body but you will meet other mamas in the same situation, laugh, talk, cry, whatever happens! We are all in this together.

  • Prenatal Yoga (5 week series) with Sarah at Found Cafe!

    Join Sarah, Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), at Found Cafe in downtown Guelph, on a journey towards greater attunement and trust with wisdom of your growing body. By weaving together breath practice, yoga postures and mindfulness, these classes will help release tension, build strength and stamina and create a sense of spaciousness and ease in body, mind and spirit.

    All levels of experience and stages of pregnancy welcome.

    Join Laura, experienced Doula and Certified Yoga Instructor (RPYT), as you nurture your pregnant body, connect to your intuition, and grow your perinatal support community. In these gentle classes, we will build strength, mobility, and mindfulness while working with a variety of breath practices. We will also discuss labour positioning, as well as both mental and physical coping strategies that you can utilize during the birth process.

    This class welcomes all folks at any stage of pregnancy.

  • Early Postpartum Pelvic Pilates

    Join Shannon Clutton Carr, Registered Physiotherapist, for core & pelvic floor muscle training, mobility exercises, and breathwork in this class for postpartum bodies. Babies are welcome to attend. This class is billed as physiotherapy treatment and may be eligible for reimbursement through your extended health benefits. Please call to book assessment.

  • Late Postpartum Pelvic Pilates (6 week series)

    This Baby & Me Yoga class is ideal for pre-crawling babies. If you are less than six-weeks postpartum, please contact Laura before booking.

  • Release & Restore (6 week series)

    Thursdays 7pm-8:15pm

    This relaxation-based class is designed to offer your nervous system a chance to reset and restore at the end of the day. Guided by Sarah, Certified Yoga Therapist, (C-IAYT) each class will weave together gentle movement, restorative postures, conscious breathing and guided relaxation. By fostering a state of “rest and digest” within the parasympathetic nervous system, this experience is ideal for supporting stress relief, quieting mental chatter, improving sleep, increasing hormonal balance and strengthening general well-being.

  • Pilates with Faith (6 week series)

    Join Faith for this 6 week series of gentle yet powerful movements designed to strengthen your body from the inside out. By focusing on mindful movement, breath, and alignment, these classes will help build core strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and restore balance throughout the body.

    This 8 week series is led by licensed osteopath, Kara Egelton and uses barre-inspired, therapeutic movement to support postpartum recovery in a safe and welcoming environment.

    Sessions focus on breath work, posture, core and pelvic support, and functional strength, all guided through an osteopathic lens. Movements are adaptable and meet participants where they are in their recovery.

    Each class is guided by Kara and incorporates principles of osteopathic care and rehabilitative movement.

    Some insurance companies may reimburse for this class. Please call and confirm group osteopathic treatments will be covered through your plan.
