  • Prenatal Yoga For Birth (7 Week Series)

    Wednesdays at 5:30pm starting June 4th

    NOTE: There will be one Monday class on June 23rd and no class on July 2nd. The last day of this series will be July 23rd.

    Join Laura as you nurture your pregnant body, connect to your intuition, and grow your perinatal support community. In these gentle classes, we will build strength, mobility, and mindfulness while tuning into our core breath. During our sessions we will also discuss labour positioning and breathing exercises.

  • Baby & Me Yoga (7 Week Series)

    Wednesdays starting June 4th at 10:30am or 1:30pm

    IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be no classes on June 25th or July 2nd. The last day of this series will be July 30th.

    Nurture yourself with some gentle movement while enjoying the company of other parents in your community! In these classes we will focus on mobility, mindfulness, and (re)building strength for parenthood. Parent & Baby Yoga is suitable for any parent with babies up to 18 months. If you are less than six-weeks postpartum, please contact Laura before booking.

  • Pfilates Early Postpartum (7 Week Series)

    Mondays at 12:00pm starting May 5th

    $266

    Join Shannon Clutton Carr, Registered Physiotherapist, for core & pelvic floor muscle training, mobility exercises, and breathwork in this class for early postpartum bodies. This is best suited for those <6 months postpartum. Babies are welcome to attend. This class is billed as physiotherapy treatment and may be eligible for reimbursement through your extended health benefits. Please call to book assessment. Class is running Easter Monday and there will be no makeup.

  • Pfilates Late Postpartum (7 Week Series)

    Thursdays at 11:30am or 12:45pm starting May 8th

    This class, taught by Shannon, Registered Physiotherapist, is for late
    postpartum (>6 months) who has returned to fitness already and is looking for an intermediate level core and pelvic floor strengthening class. You do not have to complete the Early Postpartum class to participate. Babies are welcome to attend. This is billed as physiotherapy treatment and may be eligible for reimbursement through your extended health benefits. A clearance
    assessment is required.

  • Therapeutic Yoga (6 Week Series)

    Thursdays at 6pm starting April 3rd

    Join Certified Yoga Therapist, Sarah Brose, for a 6-week series designed to create healing and balance in the body, heart and mind as we journey into Spring. Using breath-initiated movement, conscious breathing, meditation and deep rest, classes will focus on clearing winter stagnation, increasing energy and restoring a sense of vitality in alignment with the change of season. All experiences and seasons of life are welcome, particularly those looking to strengthen hormonal balance, support postpartum healing and relieve general anxiety & stress at the end of the day.

  • Postpartum Pfilates

    Thursdays at 12pm starting July 10th

  • Baby & Me Fitness (6 week series)

    Tuesdays at 12pm starting April 8th

    $150 + HST

    Come join other mamas as you explore movements specifically for the postpartum body. Become more aware of how movements can help reduce pain, aide in postpartum recovery and become a stronger mama for your family.

    Not only will you gain the tools you need to exercise safely for your body but you will meet other mamas in the same situation, laugh, talk, cry, whatever happens! We are all in this together.

    This is a 6 week class (1 hour class per week for 6 weeks total) and a one time fee!

  • Mindfulness on The Motherhood Path

    Mondays at 7pm starting April 14th

    Join Sarah Brose, Certified Yoga Therapist & Mindfulness Teacher, for an 8-week series exploring what it means to show up with heart and authenticity as a Mother amidst the demands of daily life. Weaving together tools from Mindfulness and Yoga, this series offers practical tools for cultivating deeper embodied presence, shifting patterns of reactivity and rewiring the brain towards greater contentment, connection and joy.
