OUR Cancellation Policy for Appointments
We Understand — Life Happens
Your time and well-being are very important to us, and we do our best to be here when you need care. When appointments are missed or canceled without enough notice, it can be difficult for us to offer that time to someone else who may be waiting.
To help us continue providing thoughtful, timely care to all of our patients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Our Cancellation Policy
We completely understand that unexpected things come up. If a cancellation is necessary, here’s how we handle it:
1st time: 25% of your appointment fee
2nd time: 50% of your appointment fee
3rd time: 100% of your appointment fee
If we receive less than 4 hours’ notice, it may be considered a no-show and a 100% fee will apply.
These fees help support our ability to offer consistent, quality care for all — and are applied only when needed, with understanding and respect.

OUR Cancellation Policy for Workshops/Classes
We know that life is full of surprises, and sometimes plans need to change. Our goal is to be fair and understanding while honouring the time, energy, and preparation that go into each workshop and class.
If You Need to Cancel
More than 14 days before the event:
You’re welcome to cancel for a full refund or transfer your spot to a friend or family member.
Between 3–7 days before the event:
You can receive a 50% refund or a credit toward a future class or workshop (valid for 6 months).
Less than 72 hours before the event or if you don’t attend:
We’re not able to offer refunds or credits at this stage, as materials and space have already been prepared for you.
Transferring Your Spot
If something comes up, you’re always welcome to gift or transfer your spot to someone else. Just send us a quick email with their name and contact information before the event.
If We Need to Cancel
If we ever need to cancel or reschedule (due to illness, low enrollment, or unexpected circumstances), you’ll receive a full refund or credit—your choice.
