This 6-week group is a supportive and welcoming space for moms to move, connect, and learn together while building a strong, encouraging community.
Each week offers something a little different. Some sessions will focus on gentle movement classes designed to support postpartum recovery, while other weeks will feature informational talks from experienced practitioners on topics relevant to early parenthood. The series will wrap up with a special photo session!
This group is perfect for moms who are looking to connect with others, care for their own well-being, and gain practical, helpful information in a relaxed and supportive environment. Coffee and/or tea will be provided.

This 6-week group is a fun, supportive space for post-crawling babies and their caregivers to explore, move, and learn together while building connections with other families.
Each week offers something new! Some sessions will focus on gentle movement and play activities designed to support your baby’s growing mobility and development, while other weeks will feature short, informative talks. The series concludes with a special photo session !
This group is perfect for caregivers who want to support their baby’s development, connect with other families, and enjoy a relaxed, playful environment filled with learning, movement, and fun.

Infant Feeding Cafe
Friday, February 6th @ 1pm
NO COSTAre you currently feeding or preparing to feed a little one? Or maybe you are supporting a family member on their feeding journey? A the very least, you are interested in learning more about breastfeeding and connecting with other feeders in our wonderful community.
At each Cafe, group-selected topic(s) will be discussed during the first thirty minutes, followed by an opportunity to ask questions, mingle and of course, FEED!
Join us once a month on a Friday
* Cafe is free to attend with a suggested donation to our Angel Fund.

Emerging Mother's
February 13th-March 20th
$180+tax
Length: 6 weeks
6 Week program designed to support new mothers with babies aged around 4 weeks to 10 months old.
Each week we provide a space to connect, cry, laugh, and explore how to support ourselves (and each other) as we navigate the first year of parenthood.

Virtual Preparing Together: Supporting Mental Health and Each other in the Postpartum Period
Tuesday, March 10th @7:15pm
Cost: FREE
Class will be will be run by Michelle Green Registered Psychotherapist and Perinatal Mental Health Clinician in partnership with John Shearer RSW, MSW the Owner of KickStart Men's Therapy clinic for his unique perspective of the male experience of Postpartum.
Objectives:
Understand the emotional and psychological changes that occur in postpartum for parents
Recognize common mental health challenges after birth
Learn ways to communicate and support one another through transition
Create a shared plan for postpartum well-being
*For couples in early postpartum, or in pregnancy preparing for postpartum. Please note this class will be virtual
